Refund policy

At Ra-Un, we take pride in our handmade jewelry, each piece crafted with meticulous detail and unique artistry. Since no two handmade jewels are identical, our return policy is limited to damaged or incorrect items only. Please note that we only accept returns—no exchanges or store credit are available.

Eligibility for Return

A return will be accepted only under the following conditions:

1. Receipt of a damaged product.
2. Receipt of an incorrect item.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

1. Minor design and color variations – As each piece is handmade and photographed in a studio setting, slight differences from product images may occur.
2. Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
3. Three failed delivery attempts by the courier.
4. Items with missing tags.
5. Used jewelry.

Condition for Returns

To process your return, please ensure:

• The tags remain intact on the jewelry.
• The item is sent back in its original packaging.
• Returns with missing tags will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Initiate the return within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. Contact us at info@ra-un.com to begin the return process.
3. Send clear pictures of the product for assessment. This helps us determine eligibility for a return.
4. Our team will review the request within 3 business days.
5. If approved, we will provide return details for you to ship the item back.
6. Jewelry must be returned with tags attached and in its original packaging.
7. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item at our warehouse.
8. The refund will be issued within 10-14 days under normal circumstances.
