Processing & Shipping Timeline

• As our products are handmade and made to order, we require 14-20 working days to craft and prepare your order before shipping.

• Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

• Orders will be shipped via our trusted courier partners.

Delivery

• Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

• In case of three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
